CAN I ACCESS AND RECTIFY MY INFORMATION?
Yes. You can always request access or rectification to your personal information in our possession by writing to email@example.com. We commit to answer your request 30 days afterwards at the latest and, if we accept it, to provide you with a timeframe for transmission. Please note that we reserve the right not to answer if you make more than one such request in a span of 30 days.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO ACCESS OR RECTIFY MY INFORMATION?
Access and rectification are granted free of charge. Electronic transmission is also free.
A reasonable charge may be required if you request the transcription, reproduction or physical transmission of such information. We will inform you in advance of the approximate amount that will be charged for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of information.
